We can create a bespoke custom piece if the product you want is not available on our website. Please contact us with your requirements and we will respond to you with a quote. Once you have placed an order for your custom caps, wait for your Mould Kit to arrive which will come with a job sheet and further instructions.
Once we have your impressions, we will follow the instructions given to process your order. Finally once we are done, the caps will be sent to the return address provided.
The caps are easily fitted and will not cause any discomfort to your teeth and surrounding tissues, all caps should be removed and cleaned daily. Mkgrillz is a young and vibrant company, established in and have been operating ever since. We have built a team in Milton Keynes with individuals who are very proactive and love the American-influenced trend. Our Workshop is based in South East London where we manufacture on a daily basis.

At IceRocks we make custom grillz for you out of the same range of high quality materials as in our chains, bracelets and rings. All our prices include a design consultation, mould taking and fitting service in our London offices. We craft them to exactly match your teeth, so you will end up with a unique piece of jewellery that only you can wear.
All 9ct gold is available in white, yellow or rose gold for no extra charge. A private home booking service is also available, price on request. You are not entitled to any refunds or free mold appointments, free adjustment or repairs work once you have collected your slugz and you have accepted your order, or your slugz have been sent to you, under any circumstances.

We do our best to keep the lead times we advertise online and communicate to you at the time of your order. These delays can be sudden and severe especially in the current challenging business circumstances.
Many of these are out of our control and we are therefore unable to guarantee lead times, and any lead time we give you is an estimate based on our best available information at the time.
We will always keep you informed with our best available information on the status of your order. Fraud costs businesses like ours that are not gigantic companies real money as we are forced to carry the cost of any chargebacks resulting from fraudulent transactions and it is not possible for us to insure against these losses. Thankfully grillz take time to make and this eliminates most problems, but we still operate fraud detection software for card payments processed on our site and terminals, and have a strict fraud prevention policy.
If your order is flagged as high-risk, we will only process it at our discretion and otherwise delay your order for up to 75 days to ensure no charge-backs are filed against your payment. We will release your order after that period. If a chargeback is filed against your order at any point during the order process, any items you have ordered will not be sent out and you will not be able to collect them.
You will also only be able to get grillz from us with full upfront cash payment on any future occasions. We will always share and disclose any details and data as required in the investigation of any fraudulent or suspect transactions to our ecommerce software vendors, payment providers and other interested vendors with whom we have service agreements and who are investigating the case at hand, or any subsidiaries, affiliates or contracted vendors of theirs engaged in the same, as well as share and disclose any relevant details and data to law enforcement agencies as required by law or requested by any of these organisations in the investigation of any fraudulent or suspect transactions.

Polish you grillz regularly using jewellery cloth. This will eliminate most stain and tarnish.
The more frequently you wipe your grillz, the less time it takes. You can get jewellery cloth on our site. We recommend you first wash grillz again in soapy water and then clear water after using jewellery cloth. Regularly clean the insides of your grillz gently with a soft tooth brush, using soap. What's the process? There are three ways to work with us. Appointment Service: you come to one of our locations and do your mold there. We recommend this wherever possible. It is the fastest, cheapest and easiest way to get your grillz done.
Moldkit Service: you order a moldkit on our website and you take an impression with it and send it to us in the mail. This is an option if you can't travel to us, can't find a dentist for your mold, and have the confidence to do your own impression well. This service option is not available for diamond slugz customers.
Dentist Service: you choose to go to a local dentist and get a mold done there and send it to us. We recommend this for Diamond Slugz orders, or if you can't come to us and are getting sets, or if you don't feel confident to use a moldkit.
